What if a gateway will not load?

How long does a Monero deposit take?
From broadcast to platform credit is usually under ten minutes. If a deposit hangs past thirty minutes, confirm the transaction truly left your wallet.
What does it cost the buyer?
The order price plus your wallet's on-chain fee. Osiris levies no buyer commission. Monero on-chain fees are a sliver of a cent.
How does a dispute unfold?
Either side opens a ticket from the order page. The platform freezes the vault, the tribunal reads the evidence both sides lay down, and the third multisig signature releases the coin per the ruling.
What if I lose my credentials?
Recovery is heavy with friction. Commit your password and 2FA material to a password manager from the first day.
